The photo series with Natalia Vodianova as Alice in Wonderland by Annie Leibovitz for Vogue is quite impressive. The creations, the setting and the fact that Vogue has managed to get the designers to pose as characters from the book is all a power parade from American Vogue. American Vogue can feel a bit too Upper East Side Granny at times for my taste, but at least they have the money to do impressive fashion series. Alice in Wonderland is a book that really should be read once again as an adult, because it is surreal and it question the way we perceive our surroundings. Lewis Caroll was also an interesting character, and a great photographer as well.
